INTRODUCING KENYON GLOVERKenyon Glover was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, the eldest of two brothers. Demonstrating athletic ability at age five he continued through H.S. where he was offered a full scholarship from the University of Maine. After graduation in 2002 Glover went on to play professional basketball in England until blowing out his knee.
Faced with the reality of no longer playing pro basketball, in 2004 Glover moved to Atlanta for a change of pace and scenery and what would ultimately be a life changing decision. A chance meeting with a stranger, Glover turned his sites to modeling. Explains Glover, “A guy actually approached me to do a modeling gig for him and after I did it, he decided he wanted to manage me. I started booking modeling gigs all over the world including magazines, print ads, editorials, fitness modeling and runway. It then went to an acting class with a friend of mine to keep him company and the acting coach asked me to fill in for someone and after the class, I decided to come back and enroll. I started to fall in love with acting and grew a passion for it”. |
